2026
Cargo Trans Logistics joins the holding
SIA “Cargo Trans Logistics” joins the holding — a road freight company operating in the transport sector since 2012. It provides international and domestic transport on proven routes in Latvia and Europe.

2025
The company Oiler is founded
SIA “OILER” was entered in the Latvian Commercial Register on 21 May 2025. The company’s field of activity is the manufacture of refined petroleum products and fossil fuel products — a new direction for the holding.

2024
ROI Burger opens in Cannes
In Cannes, France, ROI Burger opens — a gourmet burger restaurant with premium halal beef. It is the holding’s first restaurant outside Latvia.

2018
The ROI restaurant opens in Riga
In Riga, at Skolas iela 29, the ROI restaurant opens — an ambitious brasserie where chef Jānis Zvirbulis creates his interpretation of Lyonnaise cuisine. It is the holding’s first step into the restaurant business.

The company Ricberry joins AB Holding
The company Ricberry joins AB Holding.

2015
Export of products in Europe
To secure product deliveries in Europe as well, an agreement was concluded with the retail chain “Monolith”.

Octo B joins AB Holding
SIA “Octo B” joins the holding — a road transport service at the Terehova border crossing, Latvia’s busiest freight border point. It provides parking, catering, hotel rooms and hygiene facilities for hauliers.

Forbes Top 5
Products of RGK were included in the Forbes list of Top 5 most purchased products in Latvia

2013
Structural changes
On 31 January 2013 the entrepreneur Bislans Abdulmuslimovs increased his stake in “AB Holding” to 100% of the holding’s capital shares. Structural changes were made within “AB Holding” in order to manage the company’s core business — food production and processing — more effectively.

2012
Award for the effective management of the company.
In 2012 the Employers’ Confederation of Latvia (LDDK), the State Chancellery and the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Regional Development awarded our company the Effective Governance Award of the Year.
