History

2001
The company was established with approx. 25 employees and assortment of about 20 products.
2002
HACCP system was implemented.
2004
Rezekne meat factory Ltd. was awarded with prize "Gazele" as fastest growing company in Latvia.
2006
After modernization process, the company has turned into all EU compliant manufacturing facility with a modern slaughterhouse.
2008
Raznas cooked sausage was awarded as «Favorite product in RIMI store’s meat production group».
2009
Canned production manufacture started to work. Result - increasing assortment range and export volumes.
2010
The company has launched a production plant in Pinki for the manufacturing of frozen products, including dumplings.
2011
Alkšņu scalded sausages got award «Product of the year».
2011
Rezekne meat factory Ltd. was the first one in Latvia to start collaboration with Latvian Medical Association and produced series without the E products.
2013
Products of RGK got included in the list of Forbes Top 5 most purchased products in Latvia.
